366-B SNAP / DSNAP

Use this process to generate a report that includes a count for the referrals received, investigation completed, program dollars, investigation pending, investigation cancelled, prosecution; the data is separated by the pre-certification (Front-End) and post-certification (On-Going).

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Reports, then 366-B SNAP / DSNAP.
   • The 366-B SNAP / DSNAP page displays.
2. In the Search Criteria section:

• • Enter the From Date (required).
  • Enter the To Dates (required).

3. Click Search.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
