Absence Information Details

Use this process to capture the details of Absence Information for the foster care referral.

Process Steps:

The Absence Information Details page displays.

1. In the Dates section:

• • Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).
  • Enter the Reported On date (required).
  • Enter the date the verification was received in the Verification Received On field (required).
  • Enter the date customer became aware of the details in the Date Change Occurred field (required).

2. In the Absence Documentation section:

3. • Click the magnifying glass next to the Absent Parent Identifier Number to search for an absent parent.

   • • If no matching parent is found, enter the new absent parent information.

   • Select the Prefix from the dropdown menu.
   • Enter the First Name.
   • Enter the Middle Name.
   • Enter the Last Name.
   • Select the Suffix from the dropdown menu.
   • Select Yes or No from the Agree to Cooperate dropdown menu (required).
4. Click Next.
5. The Absence Parent Details page is displayed or queued.

   • Proceed to Absent Parent Details to enter absent parent information.

Results of the Procedure:

The details of Absence Information for the customers in the case are recorded.
