Absent Parent Court Order - Details

Use this process to view or maintain information related to the liability of an absent parent to support dependents.

Process Steps:

The Absent Parent Court Order – Details page displays.

1. In the Court Order Details section:

• • Enter the Court Name.
  • Enter the Court Order number.
  • Select the Type from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the Court Order Effective Date.
  • Enter the Amount Ordered.
  • Enter the Last Amount Paid.
  • Enter the Last Amount Paid Date.
  • Select the Payment Frequency from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the Paid to from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the Spousal Support Amount.
  • Select the Spousal Support Frequency from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the Medical Support Amount.
  • Select the Medical Support Frequency from the dropdown menu.

2. Click Next.
3. The Absence Parent Child Link page is displayed or queued.

   • Proceed to Absent Parent Child Link to link the child to the absent parent information.

Results of the Procedure:

The Absent Parent Court Order details are recorded.
