Activity Detail

Use this process to assign activities to the VIEW and SNAPET participant.

Process Steps:

The Activity Detail page displays.

1. In the Activity Details section:

1. • Select the Activity Type from the dropdown menu.
   • Select the Activity Category dropdown menu (required).
   • Select the Activity Component dropdown menu (required).

   
   

   For VIEW, when the Activity Category is Employment, pay attention when choosing an option from the Activity Component dropdown menu. Ensure Full Time is selected for full time employment and not (FEP) Full Employment Program. The (FEP) Full Employment Program is not the same as full time employment. If (FEP) Full Employment Program is selected, then the employer, not the client, will receive the TANF/VIEW payments.

    

• Select the Component Description dropdown menu (required)
• Enter the Activity Begin Date (required).
• Enter the Activity End Date (required).
• Enter the Assigned Weekly Hours (required).
• Enter the Follow Up Date.
• Select the Outcome from the dropdown menu.

2.  

   Activity Type, Activity Category, Activity Component and Component Description can be edited if participation details are not captured for the activity. Once the participation is captured the Activity Type, Activity Category, Activity Component and Component Description cannot be changed.

2. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

The details for assigning activities to the VIEW and SNAPET participant are recorded.
