Add Comments to Facility Narrative

Use this procedure to add comments to the facility narrative. Enter comments into the facility narrative when there is a general comment that is not specific to information on a particular page. Comments can be made to the facility narrative for vendors maintained by DOLPHIN. 

Process Steps:

The Facility Narrative Summary page displays.

1. Click Add Narrative.

   • The Facility Narrative Detail page displays.

2. Enter the Subject (required).

3. Enter the Narrative Text (required).

4. Click Save + Continue.

   • The Vendor Search page displays.

Results of the Procedure:

A comment to the facility narrative is recorded.
