Allocation Status Reports

Use this process to provide a real time accounting of the component allocation and expenditures.

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Inquiry, and then Allocation Status.
  2. In the Search Parameter section:
  1. Click Search.

 

The search will only consider cases for the current (on-going) or the most recent (in-case the search date is not within the component period) component year for the corresponding component.

If a single Locality is chosen the Allocation and Remaining Allocation columns will be blank.

 

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
