Appeal Inquiry
Use this process to perform an Appeals Inquiry search.
Process Steps:
The Appeal Inquiry page displays.
- In the Appeals Inquiry Search Criteria section:
- Enter the Appeal Number.
- Enter the Case Number.
- Enter the Appellant First Name.
- Enter the Appellant Last Name.
- Enter the Appellant SSN.
- Enter the City.
- Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Appeal Date Filed From.
- Enter the Appeal Date Filed To.
- Select the Appeal Status selection box (Press and hold the CTRL key to select multiple option in this field).
- Select the Program from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Issue Category from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Issue Type from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Hearing Officer Assigned.

Change the hearing office by clicking on the magnifying image icon.

- Enter the Hearing Date.
- Enter the Decision Mailed Date.
- Enter Withdrawal Filed Date From.
- Enter Withdrawal Filed Date To.
- Click Search.
Results of the Procedure:
The Appeal inquiry search results are displayed.
