Approved Vendors

Use this process to provide a list by FIPS or statewide of all approved vendors.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Inquiry, select EAP, and then Approved Vendors.
   • The Approved Vendors page displays.
2. In the Search Parameter section:

• • Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the EAP Component from the dropdown menu.

3. Click Search.
   • The results are displayed in the Search Results section.

The search should not display terminated vendors. This report displays all active vendors who cater for LIHEAP services.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
