Authorization Rollover

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, click Authorization Management, then Authorization Rollover.
  2. Enter the search criteria to filter the results.
  3. Click Search.

 

  • If no authorizations are found for entered search criteria, the message No records returned will display.
  • If an authorization returned in the Authorization Rollover Results is associated with the Locality of the worker, then the checkbox will be enabled. However, if an authorization returned in the Authorization Rollover Results is associated to a different Locality than the worker, the checkbox will be disabled.

 

  1. To update an authorization:
  2. Click Update.

 

  • Upon selecting Update and the authorization is rolled over for the current fiscal year, the checkbox will be disabled for the authorization and the worker will receive an Update Successful message on top of the screen.

 

Results of the Procedure:

An existing authorization is searched for and marked/unmarked for fiscal year rollover.
