Benefit Adjustment Search

Use this process to view existing benefit adjustment requests or to create a new benefit adjustment for the TANF and SNAP programs.

Process Steps:

The Benefit Adjustment Search page displays.

 

To search for an existing benefit adjustment request and/or to create a new request:

  1. In the Search Information section:
  2. Click Submit.

 

The VaCMS only displays records that have an Issuance Type of Supplement, Restoration, Underpayment Correction, or Replacement.

 

If the status of a benefit adjustment request is Pending Supervisor Approval or Approved by a Supervisor then only a supervisor can edit or delete the benefit adjustment request.

 

  1. To edit or view an existing benefit adjustment, click the edit icon (pencil) next to the record.
  2. To create a new benefit adjustment request click Add. The Add button is only enabled if the search was completed by Case # or EDG #.

Results of the Procedure:

The benefit adjustment request for the TANF and SNAP programs are displayed.
