Build a Unit Profile

Use this procedure to build a unit profile.

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Maintain LDSS Resources, select Build Profile, then select Unit.

  1. In the Unit Information section:

 

The LDSS dropdown menu is populated based on the selection from the Region dropdown menu.

 

 

Supervisor 1 receives escalated reminders when the employees in their unit do not complete their required tasks and can also edit the tasks and reminders of workers in the unit.

 

 

Supervisor 2 does not receive escalated reminders from employees in the unit but can view and edit the tasks and reminders of workers in the unit.

The Status dropdown menu is disabled and defaults to Child Care when setting up the unit profile. The status dropdown menu is enabled while updating the unit profile information and can be Active or Closed.  

 

  1. Click Submit.

 

A message appears in the top of the page indicating Insert Successful.

Results of the Procedure:

A unit profile is set up.
