Card Issuance Information - SNAP

Use this process to enter the benefit card issuance and issuance method for SNAP program.

Process Steps:

The Card Issuance Information – SNAP page displays.

1. In the Case Information section:

   • Enter the Case # field or click the magnifying glass to search for the case number in the VaCMS (required).

2. In the Benefit Payment Information section:
   • Select the Cardholder Issuance Method from the dropdown menu (required).
   • Select the Authorized Rep Issuance Method from the dropdown menu (required).

3. In the Additional Information section:
   • Select Yes or No from the Was vault card offered to the client dropdown menu.
   • Enter the Date vault card was offered.
   • Select Yes or No from the Did client accept the vault card dropdown menu.

   • • If the vault card was selected, click Save + Go To Internal Action. The Search Case Information page is displayed and the document name “Internal Action (VAULT and EBT Authorization) is pre-populated.

     • Click the form and enter the required information.

     • Click Submit.

4. Click Save + Continue.  

Results of the Procedure:

The benefit card issuance and issuance method for SNAP program is recorded.
