Use this procedure to add a comment to case narrative.
If you are not currently working on the case:
From the Left Navigation menu, select Data Collection, then Case Action.
The Case Action page displays.
In the Case Action section:
Enter the Case or Application or Screening # or click the search icon and proceed to Search for Client to search for the case, application, or waiting list screening number (required).
Select Add Case Narrative (required).
Click Next.
The Case Action confirmation Screen page displays.
Select ‘Yes’ to Do You wish to continue question.
4. Click Next.
The Case Narrative – Summary page displays.
5. Click Add.
Case Narrative record adds with the edit icon next to it.
Click on edit icon.
Case narrative screen pops up.
Select Entity and program (required).
Enter the case notes using the text box. Click on Add.
Entered case notes auto saves every minute.
7. Click Close.
Click X on the case narrative screen after entering the case narrative to close the screen.

Case narrative screen pops up on Household information screen.
Select Entity and program (required).
Enter the case notes using the text box. Click on Add.
Entered case notes auto saves every minute.
5. Click Close.
Click X on the case narrative screen after entering the case narrative to close the screen.
Results of the Procedure:
Comments are added to the case narrative screen.
