Certification Period Override

Use this procedure to override or extend the redetermination due date for an EDG.

Process Steps:

The Certification Period Adjustment page displays.

1. In the Case / EDG Search Criteria section:

   • Enter the Case # (required).

   • Enter the EDG # (required).

   • Click Search.

The EDG Information section displays:

2. In the Case Information section:

   • Enter the new renewal due date in the Redetermination Due Date field for each necessary program.

   • For SNAP:

   • • Enter the new periodic review due date in the Interim Review Due Date field for each necessary program.

3. Click Submit.

Results of the Procedure

The certification / review date for the case has been updated.
