Certified Application Counselor Details

Use this procedure to record Certified Application Counselor details for a client.

Process Steps:

The Certified Application Counselor page displays.

1. In the Certified Application Counselor Details section:

1. • Enter the First and Last name.

1. • If applicable, enter the Certified Application Counselor's Organization Name.

   • Enter the Counselor's ID Number.

2. Click Next.

Results of the Procedure:

The Certified Application Counselor Details are recorded.
