Circuit Court OAG

Use this process to capture Circuit Court / OAG and follow up details.

Process Steps:

The Circuit Court OAG page displays.

1. In the Notice Of Appeals Details section:

• • Enter the Notice of Appeal Received Date.
  • Enter the Notice Sent to OAG Date.
  • Enter the Appeals Panel Review Date.

2. In the Circuit Court Petition Details section:

• • Enter the Name of Circuit Court.
  • Enter the Docket Number.
  • Enter the Circuit Court Petition Filed Date.
  • Enter the Petition Served on Agency Date.
  • Enter the Petition Sent to OAG Date.
  • Enter the Circuit Court Record Filed Date.
  • Enter the Court Reporting Agency.  
  • Select the Expedited Transcript Order from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the Transcript Order Date.
  • Enter the Transcript Received Date.
  • Enter the Circuit Court Appeal Status.

3. In the OAG Details section:

• • Enter the Name of Asst. Attorney General Assigned.
  • Select the OAG Action from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter comments in the OAG Action Details comment box.  
  • Enter OAG Action Date.
  • Enter OAG Action Received Date.
  • Enter OAG Remanded Decision Due Date.
  • Enter OAG Remanded Completion Due Date.
  • Enter OAG Remanded Settlement Due Date.

4. In the Circuit Court Action Details section:

• • Select the Circuit Court Action from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter comments in the Circuit Court Action Details comment box.  
  • Enter the Court Order Date.
  • Enter the Court Order Received Date.
  • Enter the CC Follow Up Action Due Date.
  • Enter the CC Follow Up Action Completion Date.

5. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

The Circuit Court / OAG details are recorded.
