Claim Authorization

Use this process to approve or deny a claim created by a worker.

Process Steps:

The Claim Authorization page displays.

1. In the Claim Information section:

• • Select the Authorization Status dropdown menu (required).
  • Enter comments (optional).

2. Click Submit.

Results of the Procedure:

The claim authorization is initiated.
