Use this procedure to record Social Security Application details between each member of the household.
The Client - SSN Application page displays.

If the case is linked to a client application and the client application contains data for this page, on page load, this page will display the data provided on the client application. If data for a field on the page is not provided on the client application, that field will be blank. A message “Data has been pre-populated from the client application” will be displayed at the top of the page. |
In the Client Demographic Dates section:
Enter the Effective Begin Date of the SSN Application (required).

Date cannot be more than 2 months prior to the current date. |
Enter the End Date for the SSN Application.
Enter the Reported On date for the SSN Application (required).
Enter the date the actual change occurred in the Date Change Occurred field (required).
Enter the date the verification was received in the Verification Received On field (required).
In the SSN Application Verification section:
Select Yes or No from the Has an SSN been entered for this client? field.
Select the Reason SSN was not provided from the dropdown menu, if appropriate.
Enter the SSN Application Date for the SSN Application.
Select Yes or No from the SSN Application Verification dropdown menu.
Select Yes or No from the Is individual willing to apply for SSN? dropdown menu (can only be entered when Has SSN been entered for this client? is No).
Click Next.
SSN Application details of the client are recorded.
