Compliance / Non Compliance - Details
Use this process to capture the details of compliance / non-compliance for the customers referred for ESP.
Process Steps:
The Compliance / Non Compliance – Details page displays.
- In the Client Information section:
- Select an option from Name dropdown menu (required).
- In the Dates section:

- Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).
- Enter the Reported On (required).
- Enter the date the verification was received in the Verification Received On field (required).
- Enter the date customer became aware of the details in the Date Change Occurred field (required).
- In the Compliance / Non Compliance Information section:

- Select the Non Compliance Type dropdown menu (required).
- Enter the Non-Compliance Date (required).
- Select the Reason for Non Compliance Type dropdown menu (required).
- Select the Is Individual Complying? dropdown menu (required).
- Enter Compliance Date (required if Is individual complying” is Yes).
- Select the Good Cause Exists / Compliance Met from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Good Cause / Compliance Met Determined Date (required if Good Cause Exists / Compliance Met? is Yes).
- Click Save + Continue.
Results of the Procedure:
The details of compliance / non-compliance for the customers referred for ESP are recorded.
