The Corrective Action page displays:
Enter the Application / Case # (required).
Worker is read-only.
Expedited (SNAP Only) is read-only.
Enter comments in the Root Cause comment box (required).
Enter comments in the Problem Description comment box.
Enter comments in the Corrective Action Taken comment box (required).
Enter the Corrective Action Date (required).
The corrective action details are recorded.
