Use this procedure to add a new announcement from the Left Navigation or edit an existing announcement from the Search Announcement page.
Select a Priority from the dropdown menu (required).
Select the appropriate Office from the dropdown menu (required).
Enter the Issue Date (required).
Enter the Expire Date (required).

The Expire Date should not be more than 10 days past the Issue Date. |
Enter text of your announcement in the Announcement Message box (required).
Click Submit.
The announcement is entered/updated.
