Create Referral - Search

Use this process to search for a customer for whom a referral needs to be created manually.

Process Steps:

The Create Referral – Search page displays.

1. In the ESP Referral Search section:
   • Enter any combination of the following fields for the customer who need to be referred:
   • • First Name
     • Last Name
     • SSN
     • DOB
     • Client Number
     • Case Number
   • Click Search.

2. In the ESP Referrals section:

• • Select the radio button of the customer that needs to be referred.
  • Click Create Referral.

Results of the Procedure:

The search results are displayed and the referral created.
