Crisis or Cooling Funds Projection Reports

Use this process to project the days remaining before the allocation is exhausted based on the average dollars encumbered per day and the days remaining in the component. This report is only valid for State staff.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Inquiry, select EAP, and then LOC Crisis or Cooling Funds Projection.
   • The Crisis or Cooling Funds Projection Reports page displays.
2. In the Search Parameter section:
   • Select the Component from the dropdown menu.
3. Click Search.
   • The results are displayed in the Search Results section.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
