DMAS Appeals

Use this procedure to search for and view existing DMAS Appeals reports, including the DMAS Client Appeals Agency Summary Overdue and the DMAS Client Appeals Performance Assessment reports.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Reports Search, then select DMAS Appeals.
   • The DMAS Appeals page displays.
2. In the Search Criteria section:
   • Select an option from either the Report ID or Report Name from the dropdown menu.
3. Click Search.
   • View the search results by report identification number, report name, frequency, and creation date.
4. Click the Report ID hyperlink to view the history.

• • The Report History page displays.
  • Click the PDF icon to open a PDF version of the report.

OR

• • Click the MS Excel icon to open the report in MS Excel.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
