DMAS Circuit Court Appeals

Use this process to generate the report that provides information about all appeals for which a Notice of Appeal and / or a Petition for a Circuit Court appeal was filed.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Reports, then DMAS Circuit Court Appeals.
   • The DMAS Circuit Court Appeals page displays.
2. In the Report Parameters section:

• • Enter the Notice of Appeal Received Date From and To Dates (required).
  • Enter the Petition Served on Agency Date From and To Dates.

3. Click Search.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
