DMAS Client Appeals Decisions Issued

Use this process to provide a list of all appeals where the decision mailed date is during a specified reporting period.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Reports, then DMAS Client Appeals Decisions Issued.
   • The DMAS Client Appeals Decisions Issued page displays.
2. In the Report Parameters section:

• • Enter the Decision Begin Date.
  • Enter the Decision End Date.

3. Click Search.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
