DMAS Client Appeals Received

Use this process to provide a list of all appeals received during a specified reporting period.

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Reports, then DMAS Client Appeals Received.
  2. In the Report Parameters section:
  1. Click Submit.

 

The selected report displays in a pop-up window as a MS Excel format..

 

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
