DMAS Client Appeals by FIPS

Use this process to view cases by FIPS code.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Reports, then DMAS Client Appeals by FIPS.
   • The DMAS Client Appeals by FIPS page displays.
2. In the Report Parameters section:

• • Enter the Date APPEAL WAS FILED From (required).
  • Enter the Date APPEAL WAS FILED TO (required).
  • Select the FIPS from the dropdown menu.

3. Click Search.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
