DMIS Report Search

Use this procedure to access a DMIS report.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, click Reports Search, then Medicaid, then DMIS.

   • The DMIS Reports Search page displays.

2. In the Search Criteria section:

   • Select a Report ID.

   • Select a Report Name.

3. Click Search.

   • The relevant reports appear.

4. Click the hyperlink to access the Report History page.

5. Select the PDF or Excel icon to view the report.

Results of the Procedure:

You have successfully located and viewed the desired report
