Disqualification Inquiry
Use this process to search for existing SNAP Disqualifications in internal eDRS tables and add, modify and delete the SNAP disqualification to / in eDRS.
Process Steps:
- From the Left Navigation menu, select the eDRS SNAP Disqualification link.
- The Search / Summary page displays.
- In the Client Information section:

- Enter First Name.
- Enter Last Name.
- Enter SSN.
- Click Search.
- Select a record by choosing the radio button next to the customer you wish to take action against.

- Click Add to navigate to the Disqualification –Details page.
OR
-
- Click Remove and the selected record will be removed and a web service call will be made to send a delete disqualification update to eDRS.
OR
-
- Click Edit to navigate to the Disqualification –Details page to edit previously entered information.
Results of the Procedure:
The search criteria is displayed.
