Diversionary Assistance

Use this process to perform a screening on the customers Diversionary Assistance needs.

Process Steps:

The Diversionary Assistance page displays.

1. Select Yes or No to the questions in the Diversionary Assistance Need section.

2. In the Basic Needs Details section:

• • Select the Type of Emergency from the dropdown menu.

  • If Other was selected in the Type of Emergency dropdown, in the If Other, describe emergency field, enter the details of the emergency.

  • Enter the income Amount that the family needs.

  • Select the Verification Type from the dropdown menu.

3. Click Add.

4. Click Next.

Results of the Procedure:

The screening on the customers Diversionary Assistance needs is recorded.
