EAP Case Comments

Use this procedure to add a comment to the case narrative. Add comments to the case narrative when there is a general comment that is not specific to information on a particular page.

 

EAP Case Comments can be accessed from Left Navigation under the EAP module once a worker enters a case from the EAP Inbox by clicking on Update Application/Case button.

 

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, select EAP, then EAP Inbox.

  2. Select Cases (Search/Take Action) from the Take Action On dropdown menu.

  3. Enter the appropriate search criteria to search for a Case in the EAP Inbox.

  4. Click Search.

  5. When search results return, select the radio button for the case.

  6. Click the Update Application/Case button.

  7. The EAP Application Details page displays.

  8. From Left Navigation, select EAP Case Comments.

  9. The EAP Case Narrative – Summary page displays.

  10. Click Add.

  11. In the Comments section:

  12. Click Save + Add if this is not the last comment to be entered.

  13. Click Submit if this is the last comment to be entered.

Results of the Procedure:

Comments are added to the EAP case narrative.
