EAP Client Details

Use this process to enter customers on an EAP application.

Process Steps:

The EAP Client Details page displays.

  1. In the Client Name section:

  1. In the Demographic Information section:

  1. Click Save and Add. Click on the pencil icon under the client summary section to update any client information.

  2. Click the File Clear checkbox to file clear each member in the household.

  3. Click Save + Continue.

 

Information must be entered for every member of the household for File Clearance purposes. By clicking on the pencil icon, you will be able to review/update changes to the client demographic information.

 

  1. In the File Clearance- Results pop-up window, review potential matches for the household.

  2. Click Next.

Results of the Procedure:

VaCMS will compare service addresses with other service addresses for all cases where EAP status is approved/pending/closed and for the same EA component within the same program year.
