ESP Enrollment / Update
Use this process to search and view customers that have been referred to employment services by eligibility status or by manual referral.
Process Steps:
The ESP Enrollment / Update page displays.
- In the ESP Search section:

- Enter the Case Number.
- Enter the Client Number.
- Enter the First Name.
- Enter the Last Name.
- Enter the Referral From Date.
- Enter the Referral To Date.
- Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Worker ID.

Click the “magnifying glass” icon” next to worker ID to search and select a worker.

- Select the Status from the dropdown menu.
- Select the program from the ESP dropdown menu.
- Click Search.

- The results are displayed in the ESP Queue Results table.
- Click the edit icon (pencil) next to a record to be updated to proceed to the Referral Status Update page.
Results of the Procedure:
The search results are displayed.
