Employer Details
Use this process to enter employer information details.
Process Steps:
The Employer Details page displays.
- In the Employer Details section:

- Enter the Employer Name (required if Program is TANF).
- Select the Occupational Type dropdown menu (required).
- Enter the Employment Begin Date.
- Select Yes or No from the Is employment verified? dropdown menu (required).
- Enter the Verification Date.
- Select the How employment is verified dropdown menu (required when Is employment verified? is Yes).
- Enter the Hourly Wages (required).
- Enter the Employment End Date.
- Enter the Street # (required).
- Enter the Address Line 2 / PO Box (required if Street # is not entered).
- Enter the City (required).
- Select the State (required).
- Enter the Zip (required).
- Complete the non-required fields as appropriate.
- Click Add.
- Click Save + Continue.
Results of the Procedure:
The employer details are recorded.
