Employment History
Use this process to capture the employment history of the customer referred to in the ESP during the screening assessment process.
Process Steps:
The Employment History page displays.
- In the Employment Details section:

- Enter the Employer Name (required).
- Enter the Job Title.
- Enter Employment Begin Date (required).
- Enter Employment End Date (required).
- Enter the Reason for Leaving.
- Enter the Highest Pay.
- Enter comments in the Job Duties comment box.
- Select Yes or No from the Was this your favorite job? dropdown menu.
- Enter comments in the Reason Why? comment box.
- Click Add.

Click Save + Continue.
Results of the Procedure:
The employment details of the customer are recorded.
