Expedited SNAP and Migrant Information

Use this process to record information about a customer's income and expenses to obtain an expedited review for SNAP benefits.

Process Steps:

The Expedited SNAP page displays.

1. In the Expedited SNAP section:

• • Enter the countable monthly gross Income for the household.
  • Select the monthly Utilities the household is responsible for each month (Press and hold the CTRL key to select multiple items from the list box).  
  • Enter the Resources as of the first of the application month.
  • Enter the amount of monthly Total Utilities.
  • Enter the Discovery Date.
  • Enter the monthly Rent / Mortgage amount.
  • Select Yes or No from the Is anyone in the household migrant or seasonal farm worker dropdown menu.
  • Select Yes or No from the Is more than $25 expected to be earned by the 10th calendar day dropdown menu.
  • Potential Expedited is read-only.

2. Click Screen for Expedited.
3. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

Income, Resources and Expenses are recorded and screened for Expedited SNAP.
