Felony and Drug Conviction / Probation Violation / Fleeing Felon - Details

Use this process to capture the drug felony conviction, fleeing felon and probation parole violation information.

Process Steps:

The Felony and Drug Conviction / Probation Violation / Fleeing Felon – Details page displays.

1. In the Individual Information section:
   • Select the name of the individual who has a drug felony conviction, fleeing felon or probation parole violation (required).
2. In the Dates section:

• • Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).
  • Enter the Reported On (required).
  • Enter the date the verification was received in the Verification Received On field (required).
  • Enter the date customer became aware of the details in the Date Change Occurred field (required).

3. In the Felony, Drug Conviction Information section:

• • Select the appropriate option from the Is this a drug felony that occurred after August 22, 1996 dropdown menu (required).
  • Select the Felony Drug conviction from the list box.
  • Select the Court Assigned Action from the list box.
  • Select the appropriate option from the Cooperating With Court Decision dropdown menu.
  • Select the Program from the dropdown menu.

4. In the Probation Parole Violation / Fleeing Felon section:
   • Select the appropriate option from the Parole or probation violation or fleeing capture to avoid prosecution or punishment of a felony dropdown menu.
5. Click Add More if additional details need to be entered.
6. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

The drug felony conviction, fleeing felon and probation parole violation information is recorded.
