Generate Sample Details

Use this procedure to create new sampling criteria.

Process Steps:

From the Left Navigation menu click the Quality Control module.
From the Left Navigation menu click the Generate Sample–Details link.
Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).
Enter the Effective End Date (required).
In the SNAP Sampling Criteria section;

- Enter the Positive 1 Interval.
- Enter the Positive 2 Interval.
- Enter the Negative Interval.
- Enter the Positive 1 Starting Number.
- Enter the Positive 2 Starting Number.
- Enter the Negative Starting Number.

In the EAP Sampling Criteria section:

- Enter the Fuel Positive Number to sample.
- Enter the Fuel Negative Number to sample.
- Enter the Cooling Positive Number to sample.
- Enter the Cooling Negative Number to sample.
- Enter the Crisis Positive Number to sample.
- Enter the Crisis Negative Number to sample.

In the MA Sampling Criteria section:

- Enter the CHIP 1 Positive number to sample.
- Enter the CHIP 2 Positive number to sample.
- Enter the CHIP Negative number to sample.
- Enter the Medicaid 1 Positive number to sample.
- Enter the Medicaid 2 Positive number to sample.
- Enter the Medicaid Negative number to sample.

Click Submit.

Users with the role of Statistical Analyst are the only users that have the ability to access this page and create new sampling criteria.

Results of the Procedure:

New sampling criteria are created.
