Hardship Exception - Details
Use this process to enter information for determining whether the customer is eligible for a hardship exception.
Process Steps:
The Hardship Exception – Details page displays.
- In the Hardship Exception section:

- Enter the Hardship Application Filed Date.
- Select an option from Hardship Reason dropdown menu (required).
- Enter the Disposition Date (required).
- Select an option from Disposition dropdown menu (required).
- Enter the Hardship End Date.
- Enter the Disposition Notification Date.
- Click Save + Continue.
Results of the Procedure:
The hardship details are recorded.
