Hearing Disposition and Issues Report Search

Use this process to view and analyze data regarding dispositions, jurisdictions, issues and continuances. This report will only consider appeals where Program is SNAP, TANF or EAP.

Process Steps:

From the Left Navigation menu, select Reports, then Hearing Disposition and Issues.
- The Hearing Disposition and Issues page displays.
In the Report Parameters section:

- Enter the Decision Date From and To Dates (required).
- Enter the Hearing Officer.
- Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.

Click Search.

The selected report displays in a pop-up window as a MS Excel format..

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
