Use this procedure to answer household customer questions to indicate if various household information is applicable to a case. The list of questions will vary based upon the program(s) applied for. Questions on this page must be answered Yes, No or Pend.

Answer Yes if a question is applicable to the case.
Pages required to capture the additional information will be added to the driver flow.
Note that some questions are automatically answered Yes when the VaCMS detects that the question applies to one or more case members.
Leave a question set to the default No answer if a question is not applicable to the case.
The pages associated with the question will not be added to the driver flow.
Answer Pend if you do not have enough information to accurately answer Yes or No to a question.
The pages associated with the question will not be added to the driver flow, and a Verification Checklist may be generated to direct the customer to provide additional information.
The answers to the household customer questions are recorded.
