Internal Action and Vault EBT Card Authorization

Use this process to generate Internal Action and Vault EBT Card Authorization form.

Process Steps:

Navigate to the Internal Action and Vault EBT Card Authorization page through the Search Case Information and Search Document Information pages. The Internal Action and Vault EBT Card Authorization page displays.

In the Case Details section:

- Select a radio button option for the To field.
- Select a radio button option for Action Requested.
- Select a radio button option for Vault Card Reason.
- Select a radio button option for Reason.
- - If Administrative Error Debit Account for is selected, enter amount.
  - If Repay SNAP Claim for is selected, enter amount.
- Enter Claim Number.

Click Preview to view a PDF preview of the form.

The selected form displays in a pop-up window as a PDF file and is auto-populated with the information previously entered into the VaCMS.

Click the print icon in the upper left corner of the PDF to print the form.

Click X in the upper right corner of the PDF to close the pop-up window.

Click Submit to send the form to be printed.

Results of the Procedure:

The Internal Action and Vault EBT Card Authorization form is generated.
