Interview - Details

Use this process to capture interview details.

Process Steps:

The Interview – Details page displays.

1. In the SNAP Interview Details section:

• • Enter the Interview Scheduled Date. (required)

  • Select the Interview Type from the dropdown menu (required).

  • Select Yes or No from the Missed Interview dropdown menu (required).

  • Enter the Interview Held Date.

And / Or

2. In the TANF Interview Details section:

• • Enter the Interview Scheduled Date. (required)

  • Select the Interview Type from the dropdown menu (required).

  • Select Yes or No from the Missed Interview dropdown menu (required).

  • Enter the Interview Held Date.

3. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

The interview details are recorded.
