Investigation Inquiry

Use this process to search for and view Fraud investigations.  

Process Steps:

The Investigation Inquiry page displays.

1. In the Investigation Search Criteria section:

• • Enter the First Name.
  • Enter the Middle Name.
  • Enter the Last Name.
  • Select the Suffix from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the SSN.
  • Enter the DOB.
  • Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the Investigation Status selection box (press and hold the CTRL key to select multiple option in this field).
  • Enter the Vendor ID.
  • Enter the Investigation Number.
  • Enter the Case Number.
  • Enter Assigned Investigator.
  • Check the Show Unassigned Investigations check box if necessary.

2. Click Search.

Results of the Procedure:

The search results are displayed.
