Investigation Notes

Use this process to capture new comments or view previously captured comments on an Investigation.

Process Steps:

The Investigation Notes page displays.

1. In the Comments section:

• • Enter the Subject Line (required, maximum 100 character).
  • Enter the Comments (maximum 1500 characters).

2. Click Add.
   • The History section is updated.

3. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

The investigation notes are recorded.
