Issuance Summary / Search

Use this process to search for and view customer benefit details known to the VaCMS. You can view benefit issuance details for SNAP, TANF, and LIHEAP benefits but not benefit details related to Medicaid benefits.

Process Steps:

The Issuance Summary / Search page displays.

1. In the Search Criteria section:

• • Enter one or more of the following fields: Case #, EDG #, Client #, or Issuance #.
  • Select the Program from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the Issuance Method from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the Issuance Type from the dropdown menu.

2. In the Benefit Month Range section:
   • Enter the months for which benefits have been issued.

3. Click Search.

Results of the Procedure:

The customers benefit details are displayed. Data is displayed in descending order by Case, EDG, Program and Benefit Month if minimum search criteria are entered. If not, the data is displayed based on the search criteria.
