Life Insurance Details

Use this procedure to enter a customer’s life insurance information.

Process Steps:

  1. The Life Insurance – Details page displays.
  2. In the Individual Information section:
  3. In the Life Insurance Dates section:
  1. In the Life Insurance section:
  1. In the Life Insurance Company Address section:
  1. In the Life Insurance Value section:
  1. In the People Insured Through Policy Information section (the name selected in the Client Information Section cannot be selected here):
  1. In the Resource Availability section:
  1. Click Save + Add Life Insurance to save the resource record.
  1. Click Save + Continue.
  1. If the Life Insurance is jointly owned, the Life Insurance – Joint Ownership tab appears:

Results of the Procedure:

The life insurance information has been recorded.
