Locality Expenditures

Use this process to allow staff to monitor encumbrances and payments made by component by FIPS for the current component year.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Inquiry, then click the link for Locality Expenditures.
   • The Locality Expenditures page displays.
2. In the Reports Parameters section:

• • Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the Component from the dropdown menu.

3. Click Search.
   • The results are displayed in the Search Results section.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
