MMIS Questions

Use this page to manually enter the mother's MMIS Enrollee ID if prompted.

• If the aid category for a case is 093 or 010 for an individual less than 1 year old and the VaCMS cannot derive the individual's mother's MMIS Enrollee ID from the relationship code
  Or

• If the MMIS Enrollee ID is not available in the VaCMS, the MMIS Questions page will display.

Process Steps:

1. Enter the mother's MMIS Enrollee ID manually in the answer box.

2. Click Next.

Results of the Procedure:

The mother's Enrollee ID has been entered for the individual.
